The Kingsley offers the best of country living combined with modern services & facilities. With new ownership in place, an exciting renovation has just been completed to breathe new life into this beautiful, 1970’s built motel.

Enjoy our cosy fire in winter and our sunny alfresco in Summer.

Built on three acres of land, the newly renovated Kingsley Motel boasts 44 ground-level rooms, plenty of parking; large areas of lawn and a delectable onsite restaurant offering farm to table, locally sourced ingredients and a seasonally changing menu with Room Service available on request.

The Bar

After recently forgoing a complete renovation; we offer a cosy, relaxed and friendly space to have after work or pre-dinner drinks, celebrations or simply to catch up with friends. We have a flat screen tv to watch your sporting events and should you wish to hold a function our Chef’s will work with you to ensure a seamless day that reflects your individual style.

Whether by the fire in winter, or in the afternoon sun in summer, The Kingsley is comfortable and welcoming all year round.  With an emphasis on Southern Forest wines, we also offer a generous selection of premium spirits, beers and ciders.

Dining at the Kingsley

At The Kingsley, we like to keep things local in our restaurant and support the Farm-to-Fork approach. We source local beef, lamb, chicken, eggs, fruit and vegetables, milk, cream & more.

Our aim is to evoke a warm, country atmosphere keeping the restaurant menu approachable, but with a modern twist.

Our restaurant’s starters menu features dishes like chicken liver & cognac parfait with thyme butter, local marron risotto with truffle emulsion & a roast garlic pulled pork bruschetta. Our mains menu includes local southern forest lamb shanks served with a red wine and tomato reduction, garlic confit belly pork served with pumpkin puree and an apple & thyme sauce or an oxtail root vegetable & kipler potato stew (a personal favourite).
